Hello everyone! My name is Mark, I live in a small town in UT. I got into cars with my first ride a 1966 Ranchero which was my daily driver in LA for many years. Went to Europe with the Army and stayed as a civilian working for an American College as an ***istant in autobody and automotive cl***es. Only recently, after returning 13 years ago to the US, have I had the chance to get back in the hobby that I love. I'm currently tinkering with my 1936 Terraplane pickup driver. I like all types of vehicles and think each has its own personality. I think this message board is great and would like to learn from and hopefully contribute to my fellow enthusiasts! Thanks for welcoming me into your community!
Thanks for the welcome. How far into the project are you now and what type of build will you do? Any parts out there that you know of ? My truck is fairly complete, but I'm always looking for just about anything, including extras. I'd like to see more pics of your '36.
This 1936 Terraplane pickup is fully original . The picture is taken from a scene in the movie " Forever young " Starring Mel Gibson . Thomas Hudson .
