I have one, and most of another one, as well as a lot of the car parts, I was going to put it in my '55 F100, but sold the truck. Thinking about putting it in an 8N tractor- probably should just sell it
I recognize the back ground it must be Merv Atkins shop in Pomona right off reservoir. I will post pictures of my V12 tomorrow from work. Frenchy
Here are a few pictures of the V12 lincoln engine in my 32. If everything is as plan I will have the car at GNRS in a few weeks. Frenchy
I'm surprised you haven't had Sil Modesti mill you up some Aluminum heads for it yet, Frenchy... I remember looking at pretty much just the rollling chassis back in 2005 right before PHX Bugorama...you've come a long way, and it looks KILLER, sir...
If I have a chance these next few weeks I will post a video here to see it run. Also there is a shop in San Jose that is reproducing V12 aluminum heads but too much up keep. These heads have been powder coated and easy to keep clean. Maybe my next V12 could have a pair of aluminum heads if I build a belly tank car. Frenchy
Hey Tomas you should post some pictures of Mervs kustom truck motor. Dual carbs and polished heads make it great eye candy. The purple motor after a repaint was the engine that went into the 38 Zephyr that sold for 400k owened at that time by Mike Shiflet. Pictures are curtesy of the LZOC web page.
My father has a Lincoln Zephyr 1940 convertible. I believe it has a V12 in it... has a float you push down to check the oil. I have not looked at it in years but it is mint. Been in the family since the 1960's
Those v12's are just jaw dropping gorgeous! BUT, heard the performance isn't all that great. What kind of horsepower are they generating?
48 Lincoln 80 over. Crower cam, electronic ignition, Home made 3x2 intake, full flow oil filter solid lifters Made 180 hp It now resides in a 32 Ford roadster
Here is a picture of LZ 2x2 intake with Holly LZ carbs. I have a couple of Stromberg LZs if someone is interested.. Duane..

I've had about 4 different V12's over the years but I've always traded them out for something else. One day I'll finish one off. I found some pic's of Mervs Kustom Zephyr/truck. This thing is Beautiful when cleaned up.
...And if you go thru with that swap you might end up with something that looks a little like this. I think someone mentioned on here that there were kits available to swap flathead V-8s and V-12s into the old Ford tractors. This one looked for all the world like Henry himself put it together!
