Never dared to ask for this app - and now it is here!!! How cool is that??? Thanks, so far its working really smooth.

 

This is awesome! Loading it on my phone as I type this.

Cool! Just got it and I'm posting it from my iPhone too. Can't wait to try it out for a while.

 

Okay, my head is exploding!
The idea of cruizing along an old fashioned country road in a "pure traditional" hot rod with nothing but old parts, lest it be a "street rod", and then surfing the HAMB via a cell phone app is just weird. Roddenberry would have loved it!

I can see an old b&w Bonneville photo of dirty guys working on a belly tanker while another guy is staring at his (Photoshopped) I-Phone looking for tune-up tech solutions on the HAMB!

 

I know you have no plans, but here's another vote for Droid.

 

I was searching Apps last night and saw it but didn't buy it. Currently I have Verizon and alas no iPhone yet. I do have a AT&T 3G iPhone that I bought off of someone upgrading for $60. I use it as a media player, wifi browser, games, etc. Since rumor is that the Verizon iPhone is due in the next month... I'll wait before paying my two bucks until I get the new phone since I don't know if I'll have to buy it again in a month. I'm not cheap, I'm patient.

 

This app is awesome! I too just replied from my phone.

Wow! As someone who has visited the HAMB on my iPhone without the app, let me just say that I have high hopes for it.

'Cause without the app ... not so much!

I'll probably be spending my $1.99 sometime in the next 12 hours.

And congratulations, Ryan. This place really is changing the way we think about getting old cars and cutting them up.

 

I use a Droid because 1) the company pays for it and 2) I run Word, and Excel on it for my job while on the road. The ability to tether my laptop to it with a free app makes it even better. It is just a pain to pull out the laptop to check the board. So another vote for Droid as well.

As a bonus I would be willing to pay a little more for the app if I had too. (Mopars have broken my will when it comes to parts prices LOL so I am used to it.)

Man, the Jalopy Journal is Megatron. This App solidifies that fact.

Envious here, we don't even have Iphone service in this area!

 

Since AT&T will not give discounts to current subscribers, I will have to wait until April to get my Iphone. After I get one, I will be getting the app too. Thanks for providing another way to enjoy the HAMB. Does the app also work for the Ipad? My wife already has one of those and I use it from time to time.

Yes it does. But you'll have to scale it up.
It won't be as crisp any more, but that don't matter it you just want to upload pictures.
