New Jaded Idol Song and a SNEAK Peak into my A.S.S. !!!

Me and Mark have been recording an album..... Its been alot of work... anyway here's the first song....

this is the 8-Track Coupe..... we built the frame and floors........ the body is amazing.... as is that flathead! It was an honor to be part of this car!

Is that Stephan's old frame under that 3w '32? If so it's about damn time that Ch***is gets some love!! I remember seeing it almost 2 years ago LSR...jaw dropping. Speaking of which have you talked to Ol' Whitey? He fell off the planet and I've called him a few times but nothing.


The model A is killer by the way. Clean, simple and rad. the engine is like a ****ing pearl...so nice! Everything looks as it should be on that car. Nothing overstated....so far!

 

Album should be done soon..... we have a couple more songs to do.....

this is the rear subrail crossmember I made for the coupe....

 

Hahaha! Squat and Gobble. Cool stuff you got goin on there.

 

You should MFG those Bob, that subrail is really nice! I like how it rolls over the edges instead of having really sharp 90º angles. Just works so much better visually.

 

the whitey frame will see some progress this year, but it has been on the back burner..... it will be an amazing car though....

 

Damn the 8 Track coupe is beautiful! We are looking forward to the Continental Club on Sat

 

The only thing I don't get is that someone went through the trouble of building a no filler all killer flathead and chose THAT dizzy for it. That thing is HUUUUGE!!!!! A simple crab-claw probably would probably be a disservice to the engine so with that kind of money I would have been looking for a cool mag or something. I don't know but I do know that I would kill for the car and the work done thus far is nothing short of spectacular.

 

60 Caddy we built at the Houston Autorama.... A ton of work went into this car.... everyone did an amazing job.... Magic, todd and craig ruled it....



We have the best crew EVER right now.... I am constantly humbled by the talent that surrounds me.....

Look at the detail on the firewall made by Luke and check out these stainless headers made by Patrick......the ****er is only 22years old!

I've been working on aging this interior we made for a 32 3 window.... craig stiched it all up and I've been painting it and making it look 40 or 50 years old.... its been kind of fun....

 

Great song. Whats the scoop on the stainless headers... call me naive, but are the connected splits on the sides to allow easier engine/header removablity? pretty ****ing neato.

 

I want more on that interior. Have you been hand rubbing paint and stain in to give it the look?

 

It doesn't get any better than jade idol.....and of course a little a.s.s. Throne in too.....miss you guys..............

 

Customer brought in this old fender amp and said he wanted the interior to have the same vibe......

Craig made a beautiful seat and I've been spraying laquer on it and rubbing.... hitting it with wire brushes.... hammers, stain and dirt form the ground.....

That ****ing seat is perfect!!! I want my '33 seat to use that very same leather. Very cl***y material. I also love the idea of him bringing in the amp and letting you run loose on your interpretation of it for the seat.

 

I miss Uncle Franco!

Great song. Very nice job. Also love your shop and the rods that are in it. I noticed in one of the first pictures a steel willys coupe sitting in the back ground. Customers car???
