Anything Car Related Going on in the Clearwater/Tampa areas the weekend of Jan 14th

If you dig greasy burgers and oily ass fryes in an out dated drive-inn shack, then you'll be in heaven. People say it's awesome but I just watch'em eat. The beers really good though! If I had to choose, Italian sounds adsolutely delicious. But, if you're into authintic dinner food...

I'll try and get some other dudes from Tampa ride out Friday night. Maybe all the St. Pete dudes will prowlin' that night too.

 

Trust me, I'd rather have Italian. Mike, his gal and me have a thing for sharing Italian meals together BUT I thought since everyone was heading to Bifs that if we ate there it might be alittle more convinant. Kinda like there for the peeps not the food type thing.

Mike, up to you, makes no differance to me.

 

On the plane now, snowing hard here at the airport. Looking forward to blue skies and sunshine in a couple hours.... not to mention seeing all my Florida pals!

It looks like a chilly start on Saturday but it should turn out to be a pretty nice day and bring in a warming trend. This cold weather sucks.

 

My whitewalls scrubbed and aired up, tank filled with $3.38/gal. fuel, fluids checked and I loaded up it with 3 flywheels for a friend, 3 chairs, 1 EX up, 1 club sign, 1 bicycle, tools, extra fluids, and a Mexican luchadore's mask... only the bare essentials.

Denise, If we get done with dinner in about an hour, we can be at Biff's around 7:30-8... That's probably right at the peak time, Considering it'll be about 50 degrees... Florida is different... in MI, 50 is roadster weather, here, it's parka weather.

Humm, Don't ask - Don't tell I guess, but I hope it's something to do with getting your '37 back together.

We made it to the Ritz - make that the Bayonet Point Travel Lodge around 4:00 PM. Took a little longer to get here than expected. Looks like Biffs is out for tonight. Think we'll just charge our batteries for tomorrow. See Y'all for breakfast in the morning.

Us gals got to the same motel as Lee tonight, found his car, pounded on the door but he wouldn't answer. Oh well I guess we'll see him at breakie.

Mike, thanks for the great night. The italian meal was wonderful and I really enjoyed hanging at Biffs. I was shocked they had live entertainment there, good entertainment. VooDoo, chad, Dallas, and the rest of you guys, it was great meeting ya'll and hanging out. See ya'll tomorrow. Drive safe.
