I'll be up from Floraduh that day (getting my cold on). It looks like HAMB and eggs and then up to Rockford with greg32.

 

Looks like we will be up around 50 people or so. Looking forward to seeing everyone!

 

I have to work in the morning, however my husband, Jody(Papa J) and I will meet you guys at Hopperstad Customs in the afternoon. Looking forward to it!

 

Thinking about breaking out the 59 for a little drive.
Really should be working on the Teardrop trailer though.

This was our first HOTR, and it was a great time!

 

missed it this time!!! wanted to drive the '54, but too much salt on the roads for me!!! plus I'd prolly leak more oil than necessary right now!!! ha ha

People are thanking me, but I'm the one who needs to be saying THANKS! HAMB on the ROCKS #3 was a huge success. The weater was great, lunch at the Tilted Kilt was awesome, and the open house at Hopperstad's was fun.

Thanks to all the HAMBers and non HAMBers who made the trip. Thanks to Larry (OldBobSign) for the sweet HAMB on the Rocks stickers and thanks especially to Kerry Hopperstad and his wife for opening up the shop for us.

We had 55 people at lunch and another 15 or 20 came out to Hopperstad's shop later on. There were a number of car clubs represented (Tin Butchers, Vagabonds, Suedes, Them, Chrome Czars, Sock F#ckers, and Blacktop Barons) too! I saw some old friends and made some new ones. Thanks to all our Wisconsin friends from north of the border who made the trip down to Rockford too. Louverdude, Elvis81, PBRmeASAP (and GERG who came all the way down from Sheboygan). Also thanks to Coolstuff John for coming all the way over from Iowa to join us. I always come home from HAMB on the ROCKS motivated to work on my projects no matter how cold it is.

So I'm saying thanks so much and I look forward to seeing everyone in Spring!

Oh and special thanks to Tyler (Flt Blk) for driving his bitchin El Camino. I think it was the only non-daily driven to the event!

 

I had a blast meeting up with everyone just rolled into Sheboygan about 10 minutes ago the drive was well worth it!

 

I want to thank Jeff for pullin HAMB on the ROCKS 3 together and Kerry Hopperstad for his hospitality hosting the Open House! THANK YOU!!!

 

...another nice day with all you guys; thanks to Jeff and Hop & his wife for the nice time; it's always enjoyable. It was nice to get out of the house and visit with some friends...hope you all made it home ok; I almost got me a deer on the way home!
