Love this thread. I'll post a few pix from my stash when I get a chance. I'm a little upside down at the moment, fighting to recover from flood damage from the pre Christmas rain storms and not yet back home on my own computer. I lost my 99% completed '58 Chrysler and a '40 Willys along with a stash of parts. Both cars submerged under three feet of mud and water. Not sure what, if anything, is recoverable right now.

Aw man, that's horrible. I can't even imagine that kind of flooding. Did it get your house as well?

In the late 90's we re-did the chassis on the car and was preparing to run it. It was getting late in the season so we decided to bring it out in jell coat... Here is the newer version in black...

Thanks Willysrule and Dave McCauley for noticing my plight. My house was saved by the garage which acted as a diverter for the mudflow when the creek burst it's banks and relocated 50 ft from it's original course, making a beeline for my garage. The road to the house is gone and it looks like a warzone. Sorry to post an O/T photo guys, but there's a '40 Willys and a '58 Chrysler under water in my garage. Things are not looking too good at the moment....

Does anyone know if the guy on the right with Doug Cook is his brother Roy?
