    Hey Rick,

Heading to Andy's Monday to get some work done on the Thames. If I have anything to do with it, he will be running it down the track at the THAW. I am hoping to get the blower motor in the truck this next week. I have the blower turned down and will need to see what kind of boost I'm making. I will probably run race fuel for the time being. Looking for a new top hat so I can turn it up with some alcohol.

I'm ready to get to the track for a little test n tune.

Yep, broke it the weekend after the CSGA race at Noble.
Went to Kennendale and ran a 6.57@103.37 first p*** and broke it on the next one.
the fastest the car had ever run before that was a 6.65@102.11.

    Thanks for the offer Doc.
Made a list of parts to order today.

I saw that Nova at the Yellow Belly deal last year and it is pretty damn fast for the way it looks IMO .It certainly doesnt look like it would be in the mid 6's .I know a local guy with a Blue 64 1/2 Mustang that runs an all out nasty 347 roller motor .He is in the mid 6's as well all motor .Im pretty sure he will be there racing since its 72 and older this time.My Dodge ****s *** compared to what you guys are doing ET wise :D:) ...

Thanks for the compliment on the Dodge :).Other than fluid changes its the same as it was last time i ran it at the DOTD in October. Its even got the same fuel in the tank ,lol. Its been kinda put on the back burner (other than starting it once a week) since i got my 50 pickup.Im sure the Thames will be impressive to see go down the track and im looking forward to seeing everyone again ...

It's easy to confuse Doc.....At Yello Belly last year, I was initiated into the "trick"......Just "shoot him the bird:eek:" at the starting line....seems to work every time.....hahaha

Planning on bringing the Flathead FED to play with....(with parts from ol Collin's Flathead stash in it:cool:....so he'll be "sorta there")
