  7. Nitrobrother;love the old Ottawa shots! My mother's family is from Hull,QC;a couple of stone throws from the river. It's been decades since I was up there to see the relatives. I do remember photos of snow up to the second story windows from back in the 1960's.
     
  8. My girlfriend is from up country between Wakefield and Low, went to high school in Hull. Glad you could relate to those images!

    In the upper left is the Byward Market (still there today). Also in the shot is the old Canadian Mint bldg. as well as the Canadian War Museum.
