Re. posts #20222 the lighthouse Bar in Hermosa Beach (just before you go onto the pier at Hermosa) A radio station would broadcast a half hour show from 9:00 pm with a D.J. by the name of "sleepy" Stein. The band that playd there was Howard Rumsey and the lighthouse allstars. I had most of his 33 &1/3rd albums Good "easy" or "smoothe" jazz.
