I found this video as I was surfing youtube, and it put me in awe.Sorry I'm fascinated with the indutrial revolution, and thought this was cool and inspiring. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O2a8xKA7_FM&feature=related
Would have been a little more interesting if it showed more actual car building. To bad machines have replaced all the work force. My dad worked at the Cincinati,Ohio plant after he got out of the Army. Last time I was up that way alot of the old buildings are still standing and parts of it being used.
Awesome video! Makes you realize how lazy we, as a country, have become. I wish I had been around back then.
Great video. I've been looking for a 37 2 door sedan, just like the one that rolled off at the end. I've often wondered...what made the machines....that made the machines? Seriously. I know you can make stuff with mills/lathes, but, what made the machines that made the parts, to build those things?
Those two things at the end of your arms. Someone hand made the first basic lathe, saw etc and used it to make the next one bigger and better and then that one was used to make the next bigger and better one and so on.
