Howell's sheet metal in Tx. '26-'27 deck lid skin or inner frame, or the whole thing.

He didn't say he needed a deck lid. He's looking for the whole turtle deck....If you're looking for '26-'27, no one manufactures a repop. But there are people on here capable of one offing one. It wouldn't be cheap.

I actually think the earlier (1913-1914) would be easier to fabricate. Less curves.

you can buy them for anywhere between $200 -$2000....no entire repop for 26-27, just front and rear corners , deck lid inners and deck lid skins...maybe wheel wells too

i've been piecing one together for years ...i got 1 mint 1/4 for $200 and a few other sub frame pieces for $40 average...i hope this helps if you start to collect... i always look here and also have an email alert on Ebay....now that i think about it tho i havn't seen a 26/7 come up for several months.....if you have the skills there are couple threads here that do***ent 1off builds that some talented guys have shared....
i'm going to build my own soon but need a better way to bend the 14g used in the inner structure and drip rails...i have made the dies for the bead last month,
    peace

Back in 2000 when I was building my track-T, I ran into a guy at a swap with a '27 tulip panel for sale for $300. He said, " they don't repop them and you cant make one". I made one the next morning then had breakfast. Swedish pancakes, I like Swedish pancakes...........

  11. Pics please. (of the pancakes, I already know what the T looks like.)
