Mercuryjunky; Yes, I plan to have it out this summer; I bought the shell in 2003; and just recently FINALLY got this guy to paint it. I've got all the parts and just need to assemble it. The 390(solid lifter engine) is out of my T-Bolt replica so it's ready to run(I'll swap in a High Riser as soon as I save some cash and acquire the parts). I plan to put "SUPER MARAUDER" on the doors 11 x 48-filling in the whole lower section with Marauder(in Red) superimposed over Silver or Gray SUPER-maybe painted to look like diamond plate. "Quicksilver on the rear quarter(play on words--Mercury used to be called that). Syl

Ken;are you crying in your beer after seeing the picture of the Shake,Rattle and Roll 64? The powder blue 65 Caliente is a nice survivor, but it has a lot of small issues for that kind of money[$15,000] in my opinion. But then I think none of the old cars are worth more than a couple grand!! I have seen Rick Kirk's B/FX,and also the Purvis Motors B/FX 65 Comets in person back in 2004.Both cars are excellent examples, and basically unrestored originals. There was also a 65 Cyclone B/FX at the Dearborn,Fairlane show in 2009,another beautiful car. ROY.

That motorcycle sort of make my breakfast want to come back up. I saw it on eBay with a bin of $50,000. Yikes.

Looks like they must have worked out a deal with the high bidder.I watched it go through and they said it didnt hit reserve at 185k.

You know there giving away Tonka toy monster trucks in those happy meals, I guess we are going to have to settle for those.

John how was that 65 you were looking at?

I found that mag with Sam's Drag Fairlane in it. Super Ford 1991. Car looks good 66 gt auto with the 67 R code style hood on it A lot like Troublemakers. All it needs is a dual quad and its ready to go.
