I know what you mean about truck love. I adore my '48 F1. Here's me and my bare-metal-baby, Bondorella.

Nice, doesn't look like much bondo there...

  16. Here's Blue, now torn down in the shop for a re-paint and engine mods.
I'm shooting to have it done in time for the HAMB Drags.

The '47 Dodge WFX-31 that I found last summer. It is getting a 12 valve Cummins with a 4L80 trans.

Here's the two I have now. Chopped and channelled 40 has 302/c4 power.

The "36 Fordy" is a 40 pkp on Fatman chassis with 36 car frontend added and running boards, dash, and taillights modified to use 1936 car components. 350/350 power for now.

They are cool to me... especially since I haven't found that "roundtuit" that would have allowed me to install heaters!
    Cool but Cruisin Al

Ha ha! Nope! Ground every bit of bondo of myself, with the help of my car club. We figure she's like Cinderella, rising from the ash of bondo to the princess that she is. Corny, eh?

It's amazing how corny we can get when it comes to our cars...or trucks.

Thanks for the kind words about the 36 Fordy. I had/am having a good time building the truck. Glad you like it. Al

I agree, does anyone know what they are off of? I assume they are GM.

They are kind of like the 20 inch Dodge steel spares with the 5 on 5 1/2 pattern.

I thought the Pilot House Dodge had the curved corner windows like the GM 5 windows? What's your box off of? it looks really good, a lot less busy then the stock Dodge box.
