I contacted a few guys on the hamb, and had them make a few measurements.
    width Across the doors,
distance from front of rear fender to front of door
distance from trunk floor to trunk hinges.
    wheel base
    overall height.
The rest is all done with geometry, cross masurements ect....
Really half of the work is done getting the first piece to fit , then you have something to measure from.

Looks great Jim, I don't suppose you'd like to do some work on a '53 Chevy wagon in exchange for some barbecue? I can't wait to see it finished.

"Really half the work is done getting the first piece to fit" Sibley quote......

If THAT car was in my garage,I'd have stared at it for 6 months before I had the balls to touch it.Sibley, you're an inspiration..
I'm now inspired to sell all my shit, and spend the rest of my life watching ESPN.
Can I come sweep your floors, fetch your beer, take out the garbage, and just watch you work? I promise I'll stay out of your way,and won't say a word.I won't even eat any of your food.

Jim, Every build by you is just amazing. Most of us what look at what you started with and only see scrap metal . . Jim sees a Willy Coupe (Bad To The Bone) pullin' the wheels in first and second ! Keep the updates a comin' ! Looking forward to Sat update.

I see a potential problem..You said you asked HAMBers to take measurements for you........You didn't by any chance talk to that guy who welded his crossmember on 4" away from where he was supposed to,did you?
