Not "real" meaning that it did not start life as a Tucker.

  3. Is this considered to be a "custom" T-bucket?

Why do people take full-bread race cars to car shows? Drives me insane.

I don't see anything about "bread" on that race car...!!!:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Shirley, you must mean "race-bred"...??? Bred meaning reproducing...

I think that Nash Ambassadors have some Kustom potential in em somewhere. It'd be pretty easy for things to go awry with one though, got some pretty funky dimensions. Maybe with a Hudson Hornet-esque roofline.....

    Here's a couple of UK-built Willys 'customs':

  9. A comment about the "Nash" comments. When I was a kid, we used to drive past an old farmhouse with two "Nash Statesmans" sitting in the front yard. Back then I thought they were awful looking cars, now I would love to have one! I dig the full-skirted style, the oval grill and some of them with the tail lights incorporated into the trunk trim/handle.

    Oh well... tastes change!

I can see custom potential in this '51 Frazer. Can anyone else?

Wow. Why would someone take a race CAR to a CAR show? I mean its not like hot rodding has its roots in racing or anything.

to keep things on topic,, I'd love to work over a bathtub Nash. I can see it in my head and trust me,, its badass!!!

and as for the willy's thise two in the UK a friggn dead on! that pale yellow with the chrome steelies is so sexy! all that needs is a set of 37 desoto bumpers or at least chromed and it would be in business

I think I remember seeing some footage of Indian Larrys shop on a biker buildoff or something and there was a dude driving a seriously lowered red willy's with white walls all tail draggin, did any one else see that or am I making it up?

I have always wanted to build one of these carryalls. Put a 40's truck front end on it and extend the running boards to some smooth rear fenders. Make it low. Maybe i need to stop drinking the bong water.

Yea HARMS WAY they sure are ugly old cars ,thats what separates them from the belly button cars. I felt sorry for mine when I first saw it and considered it a challenge to customize it. So- WHAT DO YOU DRIVE? Lets see a picture, I am guessing a Mustang or a Camaro.LOL.
