Does anyone happen to have some of these on hand? All I need is a paper template of the side window and rear - please! Thanks, Kathy
There was a thread about most older auto glass places having a certain brand of well known glass patterns that go way back...maybe someone will get you some info. The pattern company sold these to all glass shops, so there must be one place that still has them somewhere near you.
i have patterns for the doors and roll up rear window. they were made from NAGS patterns and compared to original Ford glass with the black edge so i know they are correct.....i used them in three cars check with your local glass shop and see if they can get patterns from nags first, if they can't i may be able to make you some....if you are not in a hurry
BTT Thought I had some, but it didn't work out. I only need the side and rear windows. Sure would save me some time!
I've quit having the local shop make my vintage glass. I use a place called The Glass House. 909-592-1078 I like tempered glass in the side and rear windows, seems to last better. They finish the edges very nicely and I have no fit problems.
I may end up paying someone to do it, but I was planning on cutting it myself using salvaged laminated glass.
Good luck with that,,if your like me you will break it and end up spending more money than you need too,,let the pro's cut your glass. HRP
