I started a thread asking for ideas for the interior in my 64 Falcon convertible, which has not generated much interest. So...I thought I would just start another thread asking for interior only shots that any of you may have. Thanks!
Well,I only have a truck not convertible but feel free to use any ideas that might work for you. Best of luck. Paul.
You mean that the guy down the street with the beat up van advertising "costom auto upostery" is not the real deal? Next you will be telling me that my "profettional" roofer isn't either.
Damm-- I`m in trouble, I miss spelled Upholstery in my profile, and can`t figure out how to correct it. Just finished a 63 Falcon Sprint interior, it left Thursday, Sorry I didn`t get any pic`s. Pure white vinyl with a metalic purple inserts, tuck`n`rolled with the 2 inch pleats running sideways. Here`s a 40 Ford Deluxe I did.
One of thee coolest interiors on the HAMB, but can you check your e-mail with that phone ??????????????????????????????
One of thee coolest interiors on the HAMB, but can you check your e-mail with that phone ?????????????????????????????? You got me there, no e-mails. However, it does work. Plugs into my cell phone, which is then velcro'ed behind the heater unit. So if the cell phone rings, you can actually answer it with that hand set. It's called a "Novaphone" and they supply adapters to fit most cell phones. Paul
I picked up this '56 Thunderbird and the interior needed some refreshing. A tight budget meant I had to make sound $ choices but not cut too many corners. Bench was solid white and looked like old seat foam had been a home to some critters. Pulled it all out, cleaned it up.. found a nice set of upholstery and new foam and had a local Plano shop (Bell's) rebuild the stuff on to a freshly painted frame. Embossed area was a nice touch. New carpet and a Petri steering wheel and the interior is very livable now.
Here's mine (not done by me, but how it came!). Being re-done currently, but will basically be the same.
