I've known about this car for a couple years. In that time it's p***ed through 3 owners hands and in the next couple days I'm bringing it home.

'd love to see your adventures building and collecting parts for your ride. I cant wait to get started and for now it's a blank canvas build.

  3. I have a 34 Dodge panel truck that has been on the road for the last ten years. Great truck to drive. All Mopar, 340 six pack, 904 trans. Torsion bar front end and Mopar rear.

Tucked in all safe and sound.
First project, cut off that modified duck tailand welded fenders and get it off that frame onto a roll cart.

Okay, I actually did something to it so its offically been transformed from "dragging more junk home" to Old skool Rod Project....

The duck tail came off with 3 cut off disks and one Canadian Tire 4.5 inch grinder ( which has now gone back thank you kindly). Fortunately most of the body line is intact and rot free. A little grinding and clean up and a couple minor patches and she's good to go. Tomorrow I'll get it down off the s10 ch***is onto the roller and mock of the ride height and that'll be it for whis week..

I love the contoures of a cl***y behind.

I think the s10 has been there for easy of rolling it around. The ducktail .. as i figure was modified to support the fenders and give them a custom place to hang a trunk. the same person cut out the firewall and replaced it with the sheet metal from a hood- complete with the chrome trim.
All in all, the body is in good shape. Now I need to quest for a frame for it or build one.

Your coupe is nothing but sweet.

I was sitting out in the shop looking at the old girl today and thinking "Frame" .

I guess I'll build my own rather than chop up an old one. I think a little rake in the Z frame at the same time will do the trick.

Now I gotta rush in and deal with the honey do list.

Hi all... I too just brought home my new project, a '34 2 door sedan. Other than needing parts that seem to be REALLY hard to find, I am truely looking forward to it! great site...
