This may be old news. The front r/l outside door handles on 61-67 Econolines are the same as early Broncos and 65-66 Mustangs. I work near Jeffs Bronco Graveyard and they have the pair for $30.00. (You will have to drill a hole for the Eco button to fit correctly. Which is no big deal.) Macs sells them for $67.95 each. By no means am I knocking Macs. The wife knows I've bought my share of parts from them. Saving $$$ is my game. Hope this helps.

    Nice work on that tailgate!

  13. The tail gate is from an newer style Dodge Ram. lots of work getting that to fit the hole! Also made the rear pan and installed a flip down plate for the filler with a Mustang tank.

I'm looking to sell my 67 Econoline Supervan. I've tinkered on it little bit since I bought it. But my daughters cancer diagnosis and subsequent 2.5 year battle has required our full attention. Gotta get my munchkin well, and spend my resources on wifey and the kiddo's.

Give me a shout if your interested, looking for somewhere around $1000.

Welcome to the Madness ntk! I've seen pics of your van for some time now and I really like what you did with the wheelbase stretch. Have you got any current pics?

Kind of a broad question but what kind of money should these bring, in a stock style but all brand new, like real real nice.

I have a friend that has been into building 65 66 ford swb's and is now on the econoline truck bug. He goes all out powder coats the frame etc. He has about 15 into them when they are done.

I know most here go for the 1500 to 5000 nice builder or driver but,
Is there a market for these finished?

The vans are just like cars, trucks and everything else as far as what they're worth. Everyone says "I can build one for less than that!", then by the time they figure out that they can't, it's too late!

I'm guessing a nice restoration tops out at about 10G . They are super cool but not worth crazy money.

I think even that's high, except for maybe a very rare exception. Then again, their popularity is rising
