This one would take some creative cutting to get out. Even has a tree growing through the instrument panel.

Chevys not for sale....we are trading him some work on it for a model t 1-ton chassis with the engine and everything....mifflinburg body works doors...model a doodlebug and anything else around we can find to sweeten the pot.

He does have a very nice 29 nash for $4500 an extremely nice 25 model t touring that's had tons of work including a new engine I believe fore $2800

We've bought stuff off him cheap....$10 a piece for 35 ford wires $40 for a rare model ( cannon ball high compression head.....$300 for that model a bed trailer....it has a set of 37-41 spindles on it with hydro backing plates and wide 5 drums and wheels

lol i like that 49-50 station wagon caboose

  20. The doors are very hard to find so they are worth more then 500.00. If you want it to build, its whatever you think its worth. Or if you need the doors that you cant find. If your looking to part it out to make money, then I would say 500.00 too.

I was out in north Louisiana helping to get my wife's grandmother moved to Atlanta. Her grandmother mentioned that there was a garage with a lot of old cars... so I went off in search. About 30 minutes away i found this lot with tons of great cars. They are all NOT FOR SALE and there is no swaying the owner as he is going to be working on all of them. He even had a Graham that used to look very good, but is quickly turning into a piece of trash.

    Enjoy.

this is small town Louisiana and I was not from around there. Needless to say I was busted by the owner after about 5 minutes of snooping. All I was doing was taking pics but apparently some people have been trying to lift parts.

Not ong after the start of the conversation is when he told me he hoped I wasn't looking to buy anything. So I knew I was done with that conversation there... So we proceeded to have a very nice conversation about how he came to own all of the cars he did. Barns and more barns apparently.

Make friends with him, help him out, let him know you have a love for the old cars and have the skill and ability to complete them, over time he will let you buy some... I do it all the time, and I am not saying fake it, I really am a friend to these people when I can.

Well I live in Atlanta and moving my wifes grandma out was really the last time i ever plan on being that far out that way. ( I have to go back and pick up a truck from the old farm but that is it) It is a heck of a hike off any path- I guess it is why there are still so many.
