Jim Lytle was the original builder/driver... He made quite a name for himself, stuffing Allison engines into just about anything on wheels (How about a BMW Isetta, a Trike and his "Quad Al" - A fiat Topolino bodyshell on a custom frame powered by FOUR Allisons... (though he never really got it to work properly)
