Cobra had a nice car. You could push a 63 impala out of your way. And The beverly hillbillies had the original rat rod.

The "Green Goblin" rig was a Western Star not an Autocar.

    McQ. John Wayne does Bullitt.

He had a nice green Firebird he called the Green Hornet. Didn't do much with it, but it was tangled up in the plot.
And the movie has those submachineguns at the end.

I'll bet someone watched McQ and thought up The Rockford Files.

1 Cobra because you can push a 1963 impala out of your parking spot.
2 the beverly hillbillies had the original rat rod
3 big worms ice cream truck. My brother was driving an icecream truck around that time
4 the general lee just because it had a huge confederate flag and nobody questioned it
5 expendable truck his gun compartments were nice. my gun is usually covered by an old work shirt some to go trash and recites.

HOT ROD magazine and HOT ROD DELUXE magazine both disagree with your above comment. Dave Wallace (editor) stated: "A quality film... Must see". He also publically stated at the last NHRA event: "This is a KILLER film! The next American Graffiti"

Read film review in current issue of HOT ROD DELUXE and read another review in the upcoming issue of HOT ROD magazine.

I just thought I'd set the record straight, so other hambers not be mislead into believing this film is a "BAD MOVIE" (as you claimed).

  7. Faith, everyone of my friends I have loaned my extra copy of the movie say they loved it and is a far better movie in content than a lot of them from back in the day,,I wouldn't let badfuns comment bother you,,just another wanna be critic. HRP

I have a lot of really good car movies and I have a ton of them !
As for the idiot that said the " Duece of Spades " was a bad movie is really off on that one . Faith did one hell of a great job and I really did like the movie . Very well put together and had one hell of an ending too ! Mine was ordered in the first batch with a low 600 number . I really enjoyed it .
    But that's me .
I still love the First Gone in 60 secs. , Hot Rod -The Movie , 2 Lane Blacktop , A-G , Bullit , Hot Rod Girl , Death race 2000 , California Kid and the list goes on and on .

I think the baddest movie car is John's Ford coupe from American Graffiti.

Luke Doolan's (Mitchum) '50 Ford was also magic, it could right itself after a roll over and sustain no damage. Hard to beat that!;)

Why is he an idiot? cause he has an opinion?

I saw the movie too and tho I commend Faith for the hard work and the look of the film was fantastic.. but the movie plot IMO was not that good. I had to give up too after an hour and a half of that campy shit..thats my opinion.. so maybe i'm an Idiot too..

I second that! Great effort & cool cinematography, but I didn't like the story line. That's why they make chocolate & vanilla... Everybody likes something different. Put me in the idiot club also!

Dont know if someone said this but i love the souped up evil truck from Jeepers Creepers part 1. you can hear the supercharger howl when he slams that nice impala.

  27. Not to take away the effort Faith put into it, but it was just 'ok' imo. I liked the car scenes though.
