Thanks for all the coments they inspire me I have made more on the power windows I made a rear side window in plywood I put in the lift unit to see how it worked and after some adjustments can drive the window with power unit I will use this srip holder to the window sealing it need some adjustments in the lower end I made some cut in the door so the rear window don't toutch the door when i drive it up and down Both windows driven to the top I have to made a upper stop on the door window for the moment it goes 1/2" to high when it is perfeckt in the bottom. /Stefan

I have begin with the door garnich moldings I have cut out the parts that was hurt by the strecher and replce it with new The welding is not read yet. I have to grind and polish the out side of the welds. /Stefan
I'm missing the part behind the horn ring so i made one I must insolate it so the horn ring will work The steering wheel have got a ring holder like the original one Her's the new polsihed steering wheel complet with the horn ring /Stefan
Looks really cool! I have been reading on this forum for awhile, and recently joined, trying to decide on my first project. I think this thread has sold me on looking for a shoebox. Not that I would ever have the nuts to do all this to one. Your work is amazing.

We have nice whether in sweden today litle over 20C and sun shines thusday it snows litle. I have not have time to work on my shoebox the last month. I have fixed with the hemi in my desoto coupe and had some problems with lumbago. but today i made litle on The roof is not so plain because after i had blasted in parts were not plain enught so it will be lot of bondo I see if it is poseble to roll a big piese of sheet metal in the english wheel and change it on the roof i will try to change it if i get right shape of it /Stefan
No I havn't time for my shoebox The time i have spend to my cars have been to my other cars. I have worked a lot with my Desoto 41 coupe and some with my Olds cutlass 66 /Stefan
I like your DeSoto. That's a very good looking car. A friend of mine has a '42 that I've been trying to get off of him for a while now. Just hasn't worked out as of yet.
