Sorry guys. Somebody forgot to build a radiator mount (me) and somebody has misplaced the water pump pulley (guess that was me also). Did some cleaning yesterday and I found the pool table!:)

Lookin Awesome, cool you keep the mag in it. I am also running one. Luv them. Did you keep the blower set up? You going to put it on there one day? Once everything gets bolted together is when it all ways starts tearing my pocket book up, nickle and dime you to death:D Cant wait to see it done.

    Funny!

ABone - That's a faker on the mag - oh the shame of it. I have one but am not sure of it's condition so I'll use this for now. Also I am not sure what the mag would do to my pacemaker so we will see?

I found the water pump pulley! And then I got sidetracked since it needed paint and I hate cleaning paint guns, one thing led to another.

This a job I have been dreading. It took about three hours with a wire wheel to get this preped. Primer and leftover paint from I don't know what..

Not what was I supposed to be doing... the radiator support! Just as I got started relatives showed up for a short visit - I thought:confused:. I thought wrong, four hours later I was back to myself and too beat to do anything productive. Maybe tomorrow!

I am hammering away at the details. Forgot to bring the camera in last night. The radiator/fan is giving me a fit. I need to sweat on a 90 on the upper tank and had to modify the generator bracket to get it to line up with the crank pulley. The good news is I got the right radiator hoses the first trip!:)

I know you guys think I have been sitting on the couch eating Bon-Bons and watching soaps! NOT!

The radiator brackets took me forever to figure out! There was no room for error.
This is what I came up with. I went back and added some gussets tonight.

Bracket that the radiator slides down into.

Gears installed and fluids added! Wahoo!

Big shout out to Gary (73RR) who overnighted me one of his spacers! Gary I can't thank you enough!

Robbed the carb off the Fruck and cleaned it out. Man, is it the ethanol or what? The carb was nasty!

Decided I needed to get glass ordered now! Made some templates and dropped them off to McCauley Glass at 10 Am today. He asked how soon I needed them? As soon as possible and at 4PM I got a call that they were ready! Great service!

My neighbor Gina went and picked it up for me! Thanks Gina!

Cut up a Model A drag link and took it to my neighbor Carl who threaded it and made the inner shaft.

Fuel lines are run! I forgot to order stainless so I painted the piece from the pump to the carb - cheesy huh?

Got the clutch slave bracket made!

Finally put all the pieces together for the lights!

Modified the generator bracket to be inline with the crank and water pump.

Spilled my third beer! Jeez what a light weight!

    That's all for tonight!

Kathy, I think I missed the info about your fan, did you trim it? If so, how'd you go about getting the blades even?

I so miss you Doc! Wish you were going to Roundup!

That's kind of ironic since I was born and raised in SE Missouri - guess what everyone at home calls me?

Did I pass you on 45 South today in your roadster? Saw a beauty! I had to take the morning off to go see my little boy ride a bull for the first time and of course I missed the 3 second ride.

As for the rest of you, thank you guys so much! I am going as hard as I can and you all help me keep going! Hopefully everything comes together over the next four days!

Brent, I did trim it. I used a compress on the end of the fan and used that to make a template. Hopefully it is good enough.

Well daylights burnin! Look for a video in the next couple of days - fingers crossed!:)
