Well, to tell you the truth I haven't put any up so far as I figured people might be a bit bored with her. However, there are a few bits and pieces that have been finished off over the winter, so I'll take some new shots (supposed to be a real sunny day tomorrow) and throw them up later.

i cant find the article on that awesome 55, but i dont think its sectioned. the dip was removed in the door/ quarter area, and the wheel wells are raised. i could be rong, but thats what it looks like to me, and i think thats what it said in rodncustom.. sweet lookin car either way!

oh i think the hood is flattened out as well.. car is fantastic.. but i guess with all that work it really isnt a "mild" custom.. i dunno!

  17. Yeah. I guess it is sectioned. I hadn't noticed when I was loading one pic after the other.
I'll send myself to my room without dinner.

don't sweat it, it's one of the things that makes it such an outstanding car, you have to really look at it to see it...

I think Glassguy is right -- it's not sectioned.

Why go wild when you can go mild. Photo from Hot Rod Don's site (Thank You). This was about 4 years ago, I wanted that 1951-54 mild custom look. I love early 50's mild Customs and full Customs. It's totally different now, I'm going for the mid to late 60's look now. Really good pics on mild customs! It seems people get it, now when it comes to 40's or pre 54 Customs.....well........

Hey WhiteDevilsCC that is probably the coolest Belvedere I've seen. Really nice. I'm especially digging all the 55's in this thread. Got my gears turning...

At first I didnt think so either, but look at the height of the grille opening, Im leaning towards sectioned now.
