Ive got more pics loading. I extended the rear quarters 2 full inches to fit a 54 pontiac bumper.
This car belongs to a fellow hamber "Smokey".
He's the brains behind the layout of the car.. im the work monkey whos lucky enough
to do the job for a great guy with cools stories.

    I love the H.A.M.B

I know what you mean, in pics it looks wide eyed as hell.. in person it flows much better.
theres not really much else i could have done with it.
if i lay it down more it looked to awkward with the high arch in the
    center above the belt line.
I like the factory back glass in chopped 53/54s myself.

i like the rounded look to this chop, so its what i went for

  16. i think you made the right call on the rear window. nice rake to the back, good flow, slight kant to the b-pillers, looks good.

I think it's your nicest looking chop yet. The shoebox rear window does look a little tall but it also fits the curve of the backlite area very well... overall i think it's a good choice. Good job and keep it up!

Rear window looks good to me. I did the same thing on my 51 Packard. Sometimes the factory one won't lay right to flow the way you want or have to cut more substructure than you want to get it to go.

All in all, I think the guy ended up with a very real car. Lets face it, 85 percent of the ones done are train wrecks because of the back windows.

00 MACK , I couldnt agree more! well its the rear window or they think 5" is a good starting point:D

bro I think the chop looks cool, I cant remember the guys name but he has a red 54 that he chopped that looks killer and it had a shoebox rear window in it, he is the guy that has all the great danes haning out of his 54 in his avatar.

anyways it fits the belt line well, 49-52 chevy window, not so much:)

oh and its official you make me look lazy...

    well that or...
