Looks like a '30/31 Model A Vicky Leatherback with the front of a '34.

In metal, it probably wont line up like it does in paper...

The back end looks way too old for the front....because it is :D

The styles of the 2 parts seem to clash.

The belt line doesn't seem to line up.

  12. Gonna take more than 30 cheesehead bolts to build that ;)

  13. The body line is off and will need some fudge to fix that

I'm having trouble visualizing the area between the rear fenders.

I scaled the 34 to 112 wheel base and the Vicky to 103 WB and set it on the rear fenders of the 34.

i would have to agree w F&J, they just seem to clash a little.

  16. Well I used the factory specked wheel base i think.now if the pic had an altered wheel base that might throw it off .

The rear fender needs to be stretched and shaped, it is too abrupt. The fender needs to begin closer to the door and match the line of the front fender more closely.
The roof needs to be reshaped. The roof at the back at this point visually appears to be lower than the roof at the front, there is also an annoying bow in the roof at the center of the door. Granted you did this to different scales, I am commenting upon what I see as a concept. The roof elevation should be set at the rear of the car and the slope or pitch matched to the hood.
At the very least the crown of the roof at the rear should match or be higher than the front.
The rear wheel is too far back in the fender.
Would it be possible to add curvature to the rear section of the door at the bottom? The front lines are all curvacious and graceful, the rear straight. I think it would blend them better.
Just having fun on your dime.

  22. The same scale was used for both cars.
The proportions of those two are the same as if they were parked that way.
I was quite surprised at close they fit together.
All of the 34 is stock 34, front clip, cowl , windshield, door section, fenders and running boards and wheel base - all stock 34.
The 31 is all stock but chopped 2.5 inches . So there could be room to adjust the roof in relation to the windshield header. However that annoying bow above the door is Henry Ford's doing on the 31 vicky not mine. The blend is in the forward part of the door, most of it is 31 the very foremost part is 34. That's where the body line needs some fudge probably in the cowl area.

Of course the door bottom would follow the34 running boards. The rear fender of the 34 and the arch of the 31 are off a bit but the center of the wheel is where it should be. Both in relation to the front axle to maintain wheel base and to the center of the 31 wheel well

    Just saying what it is

I agree with F&J; the swoopy 34 lines are fiercly back dated by the blocky A "cab".
With all the metal work that would be involved with this, you'd have a better result puting the labor into hammering a 33/4 sedan or hammering/converting one into a Vicky. My 2 cents.

  25. Interesting idea, but it wouldn't work out too well in reality meshing the two as you've shown. The sizes and shape changed quite a bit between '30/31 and '33/34. You'd be better off starting with a '33/34 Tudor and reworking the bustle to look like the earlier Victorias.

Heck, the '33 Victoria already has that shape, although it's not quite as pronounced.
