Folks Of Interest Came across these at the junkyard today

What year are they? Too bad the ford has a smashed roof. I couldn't really get a good shot at any of the cars, they piled them so close together.

That's some nice stuff. Where is Central Valley??? I think I spot an AMX next to that two door Merc.

 

'58 Ford, '53 Ford, '59 T-Bird, '56 Mercury that's all I know.

50 miles east of San Jose (middle of the state)

 

That's a Mk2 English Ford Zephyr. These have a big following in the UK but are pretty rare over here. Looks from here like it's an early car or a "Hiline" which should put it pre-60, 56-59 I think. Nads would know more than I about it tho.

 

Is there a picture thread for any of these cars already started here?

 

I'm in Modesto myself, I've been to that yard plenty of times. Haven't been there in awhile tho, its 15 miles south from here. Lot of cool stuff hidden there.

 

Yeah that was my first time being back out there in about 6 years. Found a few good parts.

 

Right on, I need to head back out there to check the rambler section for my car.
