Art & Inspiration *****Friday Art Show 4/22/11*****

A bit early but it's friday on the east coast. A couple more pinups I've been working on.

 

Well all I have is a rough sketch of my newest project the "Kosmikart"

 

Here's part of a t-shirt design that I just finished up last week for the Cruisin' Calistoga car show:

 

This is a new inking for a future board graphic for OLD MAN ARMY skateboards. It was done with Pelikan ink and a few Tidwell brushes on a 9" x 32" card stock.

It's a 1954 Mercury "woody" wagon. Mike Furst from OMA decided to produce this "Limited Edition of 100 only made decks" for a benefit/fundraiser for a friend through the GRIND FOR LIFE Cancer foundation, i got the honor and privilege to do the graphic for the deck.

I was thinking about what would make the roof on a rather square
pick-up body look a little different. When I looked at the front visor
I thought about putting one on the back of the roof.
It reminds me of a Japanese
Pagoda.

i bought 3 of your "sticks" from our friend Bob Owens at the Round Up. I am going to make mini frames for them and will post them up when they are done.
