Flaked The Roof On My 57 Finally!

Well I finally got around to flaking my roof with the help of one of my best friends, Rickie at Roadster Customs In Costa Mesa. He was kind enough to let me and my brother get to work on our cars before Viva. Well it ended up being last minute with both our schedules being super busy we ended up knocking out my 57 and my brothers 53 Buick the Night before Viva (usually the way it ends up) ...I unfortunately left my camera at my friends shop with all the pics but here are some pics i have hope you guys like it! Ill post more pics as soon as possible!

thats cool. the green gives it that little bit of flair, was cool before but with it being all black it sort of blended together. good job

Thanks guys i appreciate it...Heres some of my brothers 53 buick, We definately plan for more body work and custom touches on the bodies hopefully before santa maria as well as some lace and candy i'll keep everyone updated with that...Heres a few before and after pics.....

Sweet... I'm hoping to do the same to my Caddy soon. Old vinyl top needs to come off and I thought this would be a better way to go. Very nice.. Love the metal flake on the roof!

They look great! The choice of green on the Ranchero was perfect. I think the green wheels take away from it though. Are you gonna run some caps?
