Well like it or not that guy changed the world. Half the people in this hobby would not be in it if it were not for him.

    Thanks for the link.
It always amazes me how such a simple statement brings out the keyboard gangsters and tough guys who unless they have personal contact or dealings with JJ should learn to act like adults unless they are prepared to travel to Austin and talk to him man to man.
His skills are beyond question and his personal life has nothing to do with anyone but him.

Times TWO!!!! is that snarky enough?

Private life is private life. Unless the man is convicted of a heinous crime, get off the soap box. Don't turn this into a pro/con thread...it'll be shut down in a heartbeat.

Bleed is one of the coolest cats on the planet, and when I met Jesse at A.S.S. he was very cool and treated me with respect as the crowd jammed around to see him. Maybe a liitle slip up with the wifey, but I can't be judging another brother, you know the old walkin in the other dudes shoes deal. I don't recall the naysayers t.v. shows, commercials or like accomplishments. Wonder why? ~sololobo~

    You know,

You guys that bash Jesse don't have a clue. The one thing he is is honest and not afraid of who he is. That says alot to me. Yes he completely blew it with what appears to be a great Lady. But he's not the first and won't be the last. They mans got talent beyond belief and drive to use it. I can't imagine condeming somebody for honesty and being themselves. Of all the spotlight put on him his genuine nature shows and seems like he's just another guy who seeks pure things. I still like the guy and I don't like many people from that arena.

    Keep Going Jesse,

    Tim

Hmm, Goes to show how much time I spend "following the stars". I cant believe someone gives a darn about someone elses home life that much. I thought THE HAMB was all about the cars and skill to build them, then enjoy the heck out of driving something you built....

I had the honor to meet and work with jesse, And I must say he is a stand up guy,After being around him you get what he is about, nobody is perfect. The man made a choice , lived with it, admited to it, and is now dealing with it. He has always come up and shook my hand when he see's me, he remembers people, and he has given alot of people many chances at a new life. maybe he deserves one as well....

100X agree JJ has done a lot and inspired many bikes and auto. He's got great skills vision and work ethic. If you saw him on apprentice he worked through throwing up. He got fired off it for not bringing show biz money and I thought it was genuine he did not reach out for it.
I think he's paid his dues by now.
Shoot have you guys seen how Gene Winfield is around you ladies? LOL
    Wish them both the best.

I hope austin speed shop continues to prosper

If it was not for JJ I would have never wanted to learn to weld or cared about how this is a lost (or loosing) trade and be able to make a living doing it. His problems are his, not mine or yours......

  27. I concur, JJ did not exist when we were kids playing with hot wheels thinking I want a freakin real hot rod when I grow up.-Weeks

Whether you got caught or not is beside the point. Unless you have NEVER dipped your wick in a unauthorised honey pot you can not say a word. Those who live in gl*** houses should never throw rocks.

    I can't say a thing.

The man's talents are never disputed. The rest of it stems from jealousy.
