Zinc is some bad stuff to breath. That's a whole 'nuther thing than coal smoke from smelting steel. For those who don't already know it: NEVER WELD GALVANIZED STEEL. THE FUMES WILL KILL YA!

Rudy's Beauty- Sponsored by Smith's Speed Shop in Eaton, Ohio. The speed shop closed up circa 1980.

Does anyone know what happened to this car?

it has a packard chassis, and engine. There is a derrin bodied Packard (exactly like this but in black) at the Dayton Ohio Packard museum. Worth around 7 mil.

Are you not reading the other posts?

    1) Darrin was not doing Packards in 1934
    2) This is a LeBaron boat tail roadster.

Let's see a photo of the black car you are citing that is "exactly" like it.

I hope to get to the Packard Museum in Dayton. Been by a few times but never stopped in. I think it's only open through the week. Great PICS

  26. Since it don't have the two chrome strips at the lower edge of the trunk, I'd say it's a '49-'50 Kaiser Traveler.

Not sure if this photo has been posted before and don't have time to review all 1271 pages today.
