    Thanks for your replies, Im pretty excited about it. The wheels will not be yellow they were a swap meet find.

    Got the engine and trans. set in it this weekend. We still need to build the motor. The car in the background is my buddy Greggs 38 Chevy Coupe.

    Nice ride. Not sure why but I kind of like those yellow wheels. Any plans yet for final color?

    I said the same thing. We are not sure of final colors for the car and wheels yet.

    Not really. This was our first one and went in pretty easy after taking alot of measurements.

    What size and brand of front tires are those? I like how they look, not too bulky but not to round. Nice ch***is by the way. Thanks for the info in advance.

    They are Firestone 145/15 I got them with the wheels at a swap meet.

    Update on the roadster. We drove it about 3 miles the other day for the first time and it was one of the coolest things I have ever done. We just installed the tail lights and mocked up the head lights , light bar and grill shell. We are going to drive it like this for the summer and take it a part and paint it this winter. The wheels will not be yellow and the headers are so we could fire it off. It goes to the exhaust shop next Monday.
