First Friday night of the month (April to October). Fenton MO. Sponsored by Memories Car Club. Gates open at 4:00PM (usually about 125 waiting at the gate to get in at 4). Averages 500 - 650 monthly. I think it is pre-85 only. Usually some nice customs and rods in attendance.

  2. Like someone else mentioned the show at the Scottsdale Pavillions is big and even bigger when the auctions or Goodguys is in town. Also the cruise twice a year on Central Avenue in downtown Phoenix has several hundred cars cruisin' and showin'.

Somerset, Kentucky the place to go. Well over 1000-1500 cars. Plenty of "Good Old Boys" attending.

The monthly cruises at the Markets at Shrewsbury (PA) often get 600-800 cars.

The cruises at the Park in Macungie PA also get 500+

Around Detroit during the summer there has to be a decent cruise going on virtually everywhere, every night. Lots of small ones, but quite a few good size deals. More a matter of deciding where to go. Bakers is among the best - nice place, decent food, nice area to drive through.

there is an ice cream place/bowling alley on north side of Albany NY that hosts a "summer" monthly cruise in. having senior brain freeze can't remember name. Attended last year a very few non hamb cars.there had to have been 800-1200 cars, met some great people and some super cars. it isn't far off the "northway". if any of you noreasterners haven't been you need to try to get there. if you need name of place i'll get it from my dtr. she lives almost literally around the corner.

San Diego has five weekly cruizes, durring the spring and summer, they are held in five different citys and the largest one is the El Cajon cruize, it gets 500 hundred cars, Chula vista is tuesdays, El Cajon is wensdays, La mesa and the Anti La Mesa is on thursdays , Escondido is fridays, and there is one in Carlsbad once a month.

  11. The small town of Morris IL has a once a month cruise downtownthat has been getting between 600-800 cars every time. You see everything there from tricked out semis to race cars to bikes.

x2. Lots of lawn chairs. The chairs and construction cones are out starting around 10:00 A.M. Still a nice cruise. We just pull through and park in the grass off the paved lot.
This one is tough to beat even with all the late models. Good food, nice cars, and they even open the church for the bathroom facilities. This is one well run cruise night.

You mean Guptill's Route 9 Latham NY. It isn't weekly but they can get 1000 cars or more.

    Cleveland,Tn has a pretty big turn out every 3rd saturday...about 300-400 cars

  20. On the north side of Houston there is a cruise every Sat. nite March thru Nov. ,put on by Nifty Fifties, that will draw 250 to 400 cars weekly. The first and last nights will draw 600 to 800 cars. The cut off date is 1979 and there is a good mix hotrods, muscle, restored, survivers and trucks.

I would say closer to 1200 on a good night plus a couple hundred bikes.
All cars are pre '73 with a few special interest and exotics (lamborghini ferrari etc) and yes, any year vette, but no new mustangs, camaros, challengers etc.

Every other Saturday night there's a cruise nght in Hastings, MN which attracts around 1500 vehicles. Friday nights in North St Paul draws a lot of cars too, only '74 and older vehicles are allowed...

I don't see anything from Northern Indiana / Southern Michigan, so here it goes.
Every Tuesday in the summer. Hwy 20 in Michigan City across from the mall. (Only about 75 to 100 cars. Their is one on Thursday night in Middlebury, IN at the big Dutch resort. They say it is over 500 cars every week. I hope to hit that one this year if I ever get a Thursday off.

that only started in the last few years. before that it was pretty good 500+ show without many newer cars at all.

that said I haven't been there in the last couple years at all....

The Wheels that Heal CC puts on a monthly cruise in Salisbury MD at the Kmart on rt 50 every third sat of the month during the summer. They have around 300 or so on a nice night. I like to leave there then take an actual cruise to the beach for the night.

My mistake. Their ads say largest weekly cruise averaging 1100 cars, and opening/closing nights get around 1300-1400 cars.

I agree - you'd be hard pressed to find one larger (and better).
    Pavilions rocks!
