4door's, gassers, anything with daytons or center lines on them (or 90% of the "custom" wheels out there". I'm a wheel snob.

Bingo! I picked up a Lexus GS350 AWD last year because it was a screaming deal and I FUCKING HATE IT. It's also been unreliable and the dealer service sucks. It's fast, good on gas, has lots of toys and is amazing in the snow, it's as much to drive as a riding mower.

As far as what cars I wouldn't be caught dead in?

Prius. If there's one car on the planet that is anti-me, this is it.
    "Modified" Honda Civics.
    Mustang

    Hard to disagree with that:D

I'm not sure if you could call these improvements on the original but
I still wouldn't be caught dead in anyone of the many planned obsolescence vehicles
that government motors has spewed since 1927.:D

Anything with big chromed probably-Chinese 20in or larger rims. Bulldoze the donks.

That's the absolute. Now the rest are qualified.

Many if not most Detroit products from the '74 to early '80s big-bumper era, with a few exceptions (I have a weakness for the '75 Nova and '77-78 Impala/Caprice sedans.) Many Euro and Japanese product from that period can be un-bumpered with the appropriate non-US-market parts, but the late '70s was not a good period for Japanese cars either. The Germans were suffering through the teething pains of D-Jet/K-Jet injection and crappy smog controls then, but a '75 530i with an LS2 would be a perfectly nice car...

Kaiser Darrin. I know, it's a period piece now, but the kissy-face just ain't my thing.

The Prius isn't an awful car but I'm not fond of what it symbolizes to some people.

The Smart-booth, for some of the same reasons, and because (unlike the Prius) it IS a lousy car.

Likewise, any car with bumper stickers espousing most greenish causes or the politicians that back them.

Those horrid little moped-powered five-wheelers rented as tourist cars in SF and Hawaii and elsewhere.

I'm sure there's more if I thought about it.

No ricers for me. Still won't buy one of those J.A. Pan and Company tin boxes after driving for over 40 years.
I think they are all crap, no matter what NASCAR says "Toyota sucks".

I am seen in a hearse everyday. Rides real nice, tons of power, and style not many cars can rival.

  20. I also forgot to add. I hate to be a closed minded person, but I just can't seem to get the whole lifted late model truck thing. Maybe it's just to popular were I live, but I don't think you would ever see me in one. I would rather drive a Prius than a newer pick-up with a 12" lift, truck nutz and a Monster Energy sticker on the back window.

hey! i like my prius! (100,000 miles in 4 years...) what i save on gas i get to put in my old stuff!! (had a pacer too... it looked much better with the wide wheels and tires...) however... would NOT like to be seen in a ten to twenty year old 'jelly bean' car. and NO tarus! well... maybe a first generation 'sho' would be ok...
