i have seen pics of Kiwi Kevs model a with a board strapped to it

  2. If I was a surfer I would haul my board with whatever I owned. But I may want to look for an old wagon or a van.

I put my boards in either my 56 wagon or my 72 truck. The truck allows more room for my wet box without the worry of damaging the back carpet that's in the wagon. The truck also allows me to lock up the board if I'm going somewhere afterwards.

    I haul your surfboard with a 59 ElCamino. :D:D:D

Or maybe you haul your surfboard with my ElCamino.

Or I haul my surfboard with your ElCamino.... It gets so confusing sometimes.

coolest board holder I ever saw:

I got to look over this van in person...pretty bad***. Being a Canadian in southern Ontario, I doubt he ever uses the board though.

  11. Just got an original old 50's wood roof rack to strap on my '51 to haul an old wood surfboard. Use to surf about a 100 years ago, but just a poser now. The board on the roof and the receboat behind, at least I look like I'm headed for the water and I can dream back on the days when it was all good.

My boards get thrown in the back of the wagon in my avatar. Got a sh*t ton of sand and wax stuck in the carpet to prove it.

  18. Hasn't been on the road for several years but it served me well for a few years and it will again some time in the future. I want to give it a front clip and update the running gear. Project #1,872.

Before the wagon was the A coupe. This car spent a lot of time in the beach parking lot.

Cool pictures fella's. I dig surf board hauler's. I have often thought of putting a board on the roof of my Model A Tudor. I think it would look rad.

As we live real close to the Gulf of Mexico, I just throw my Grandsons board in the back of the wagon. If anyone has an old roof rack and wants to sell it, please send me a PM.
