How effective are juice brakes?

    At what? They stop pretty good.
    But....my brother brakes out when he drinks the wrong juice...

    As effective as they are supposed to be.
    Press on em and they work,take ya foot off and they don't.

    They effectively slow the vehicle down to a stop. Just like disc brakes, but better looking.

    What a coincidence, I'm taking a juice break right now after working on my hydraulic brakes on my 53 Chevy.

    Those sons-o-*****es!!!

    Sent me the wrong parts, wouldn't return my calls, hung up on me, etc...

    And, they aren't even an alliance vendor!!! :rolleyes::D

    Hey same here,just cos I got the order wrong and then powder coated them then found out they wouldn't fit and the cheeky *******s won't send me my money back and a return shipping label.

    Juice brakes are too newfangled and aren't really traditional. You should stick with mechanical.

    NOW I'm intrigued. The Sgt hasn't tried mechanical or juice brakes. What's left--reins?

    juice brakes are pretty good they just need fine tuneing to work well adjusting them to all stop the same is always fun..i run them ..

    The 35 as mechanical brakes, work just as good as juice brakes all you hators. Just make sure ALL your stops are planned, panic stops WILL induce more panic, downhill stops WILL mean you go through the intersection, and adjusting all the brakes to work equally at the same time WILL make you ask God for......nevermind.
