Get yourself either Jamco or Opies mount kit and a rear sump setup & it'll fit without too much effort . You can use either 60's rear-dump 289 exhaust manifolds or fox body 'Stang stock "headers" - both fit right in . Ford in a Ford without any more effort than fitting a belly ****on in there ;) .

Fox body mustang is a double sump pan which is good for the swap need the pickup tube. Or a dressed up roller 302 out of a fox body are usually fairly cheap!

1994-95 5.0 uses the same double hump pan as do both the 5.0 V8 Ford Explorer and Mercury Mountaineer.

I think all Fords cars after the mid-80's used the double hump. Don't afraid to look at F-150's too. Most are or can easily be roller cam.

I'm using a 87 f-150 roller but changed the pan to older front sump, notched xmember required , easy to do. Also older timing cover, water pump , v belt system, etc. I went with the front sump because i'm going with a power rack and pinion with older 70 ford style power steering pump and gives me lots of room for the rack.
