Doing about 45mph here. Any faster and the ears start to get lift.

Thanks, man. Been a complete car...and then parts...and then complete again over the last year. Just started road testing it in the desert up here by my house. I am in far North Scottsdale near Cave Creek. I hope to have it ready to cruise the valley by the time the fall events start up.

  22. That's super cool. Can't wait to see it cruizin around. I'm out here in south Gilbert.

I wouldn't even try to make Gilbert without my AAA towing card right now but by the time the temps cool that should be an easy cruise. Today I ventured as far south as Frank Lloyd Wright and then turned around and headed back up north.

Kodi on the left, Molly on the right, enjoying themselves on the beach in Brimley Michigan. Both came from no killer shelters.

Here's Kota. He co-piloted with me before he passed for years in the big truck.

Kodi is a flat coat mix and I believe Molly is pure flat coat. Just say the words "go for a ride" and you get the happy dance from both.

The first post has Henry in the back seat. He is mixed with Border Collie but looks Flat Coat - beautiful dog but a big dramma queen (at 14 years old I guess he can be that way). He will not get out of the water - even mud puddles. They love to ride too - they go to Holland Mi every year!

Love the picture of Henry in the large mud puddle, Kodi is that way too, if there is water of any kind he is in. Kodi is very vocal, we call him the story teller, because he goes on and on. Of all the dogs I have had, various mixes, I find that the flat-coat mixes have the best temperment.

As you can gather by previous posts of mine on this thread, I have had Greyhounds for several years. Lost another this past January which leaves us with 1 Greyhound and one Retriever hybrid. My wife belongs to a Greyhound rescue group and they contacted her about a 6 1/2 year old male that they have and is looking for a home....Supposed to be a very mellow dog. I told her to get photos and we could take a look at him if she wishes......The dog has a lame name "Bubbie" which I would change (mandatory) and I would want something cool and Hot Rod Related.....so....
Lets hear some Hot Rod names in case we decide to adopt him !!!
