    Hi
I need help. I live in Germany and startet a thread where I wanted brake parts for my Ford. Bill Metz alias MrBill32 offered me the needed parts and got the money via paypal. I didn´t recieved the parts and any more replies after my emails.

Now I´m looking for a lawyer or someone else, who could shake the parts or even my money out of him. I really would do it myself, but it´s a little far for me just to pick a fight.

Hope to find some support ....

    Marcel

Save drama for somewhere else. Contact one of the moderators and let it be at that.

first things first. Do that paypal thing and get your money back.

Next tell me what you need in the line of brake parts so I can help you find what you need. I probably won't know who has them today but there are a lot of us here and someone will help me find them and make me look like a hero.

last who is MrBill32. If he isn't too far I still got at least one fight left in me and I would hate to see it go to waste.

I agree with bad shifter. Please don't present yourself here in that way. I immediately have a poor impression of you from that. Not a good start.

Yeah, please get rid of the word "F" too, just put hey guys or something. These guys will respond.

paypal will not help anymore, because I waited too long. They only offer a 45days trust insurance.

I Just need a good lawyer in Springfield to get my money back.

You have a poor impression of him because you didnt read his thread ***le correctly??

I better go get a suit and tie on to read the rest of this thread, Im not dressed properly. Dont wanna make a bad impression.

  14. Ah lighten up the only reason I opened the thread to look was because of the ***le.

So the paypal thing is definately out, we still need to know what you need in the line of brakes.

And where the hell is the bad sellers list? Am I on it?

I went down this road once or twice before, and my personal bank, was able to stop
the transfer and refund my money. But that was like within a weeks time, not 45 days.
Also, having been down the lawyer road with a lawsuit before (different case), most
lawyers won't do anything without a retainer. I had to fork up $2,500, just for the
lawyer to sit down with me and hear me out... So you may be out of some money,
    either way you go.

Lawyers are expensive, just take the money you would spend on a lawyer and get the parts you need. Your pride may not be repaired but your car will, chalk it up as a "learning experience".

    Don't get metz'd again.

    Me too. You're clean.

Just trying to help keep the new guy from gettin' bounced for verbs on the main page.

  19. Yeah - I almost took the 'Bill Bait' and had him setup a Q.C. rear end for me. I went to his shop and checked out his operation. One dirty hell hole (which doesn't necessarily mean anything). I didn't like the vibe I was getting - Bill looked like somebody who has a lot of problems in life . . . most of which he probably created. I heard he was a decent guy at one time - but as of the last few years, he's a mess - is screwing people out of money and most likely has a substance problem of one sort or another.

It probably isn't worth the time to go after him - though you may want to let PayPal know about him and I'd call the Better Business Bureau in his town as well as write a letter to the Police. The guy needs more pressure on him to knock this **** off . . . thieves don't belong on the HAMB or in business - they belong in jail.

He is, or was in Springfield Ohio. Bad news. He got a friend of mine a few years back, looks like he has not changed. Do a search of Bill Hot Rods. It's too bad he used to build some nice stuff.

Does it make you feel tuff when you are a ****? If you dont want to help out simply don't reply, and go view a different thread that isn't written by someone that is obviously intellectually inferior in your eyes.

    ^ Thats funny.

I keep seeing threads about people getting screwed, from screwers that have been doing it for years, and I have to wonder to myself why these guys are still around, instead of a few feet underground.

  25. Thanks.

Some lists you just try to avoid. With all due diligence you should avoid Govt lists also.:D

I still need to know what kind of brakes marcel needs, one of has some they don't need. Someone go slap him for me and tell him I am very impatient. ;)

  28. I have heard that some substances cause swelling, and impudence. :p

From the sound of it he has to comb the corn out of his hair at least twice a day. I'm glad I don't know him, if he starts a 12 step program he is going to have one helluva phone bill.
