Like DRUGASM needs more pics of his car in this thread... (these are from the Road Zombies BBQ June 11 2011)
Anyone got any pics of a chopped Corsair or Citation? The C pillars on mine is kinda rotted out from mice thought it might be a reason to chop it.
Quick tip of the day: If you have a 1959 Edsel or Ford and want to put the bigger dual output master cylinder, use a 1967 Mustang unit. It will be a direct bolt in except for having to change the brake lines. Note: Ensure you are getting a Drum (F)/Drum (R) master cylinder for your 1959.
wow, where do you guys dig up all of this stuff???? You can't say Ford didn't try to get the Edsel promoted.
I have right clicked ALOT of Edsel crap over the years. To say I have an addiction to Edsels is an understatement......I believe my family and friends are tired of hearing about it!
Ford's Surrender - After scrapping the Edsel, Ford sent a certificate to all owners of 1960 model Edsels purchased before November 19, 1959 (the day that Ford announced that the Edsel was no more). The certificate allowed the Edsel owner a $300 discount on any domestically produced Ford Motor Company passenger car. The offer was good indefinitely, and thus ended Ford's Edsel adventure.
