Event Coverage LA ROADSTER SHOW as seen by ACME SPEED SHOP

Every year we head over to the fathers day roadster show to set up in the swap meet. This is not so much a road trip (we only live 35 miles away) but it is nothing short of an adventure.

My wife and I rent a motor home for the weekend and set up camp in the swap meet to sell parts and (and Acme stuff now) and it is a ton of fun.

I will be posting photos all weekend from our "swap meet" perspective. I may not even make it up to the part of the show where the roadsters are....it's just to much fun out in the swap meet. I invite anyone that has photos of the shinny cars to post them here. Meanwhile, get used to looking at whatever I find that looks interesting.

Just got back and the new layout took a bit of getting used to. The show seems to have doubled in size - it just goes on and on - it's huuuuuge! Acme John was on the missing list when I went by - doubtless goofing off again. Great day - my favorite every year but man there were hundreds of deuce roadsters for sale....
