A babydoll blue full fendered Model A with wide whites is about as cool as it gets. That car has 60's hotrod spelled out all over it.
Very CQQL! I wish I could have seen it at the show, but I missed it. Nice Job!! Marcie told me how hard you guys thrashed. Looks like it was well worth it. overspray
Ultimately it will have loads of white tuck & roll and a white firewall, dash, steering wheel and column to break things up a bit.
Beautiful car. I followed your build thread and it was great. Perfect job of centering the rear wheels in the fenders. It looks just right. I also love the baby blue. I have an F1 in the works that I'm sure I want baby blue. Great for a 50's to early 60's look. You and Titus nailed it with this car. Congratulations and enjoy. Rockfish
It drives nice. No rattles at all. Feels really solid. Just a cruiser with the flatty and happy at only about 55 mph on the highway with the 3.78 gears in the rear. Titus and I are on the hunt for a 39-40 Ford rear with 3.54 gears. This should give us a bit more tire to fender clearance as the 39-40 rear is a couple inches narrower than the 46 rear in the car now. The 3.54 gears should be good for a few more mph as well. It's the perfect back road 2-lane cruiser. Just what I was looking for. Wow . . . thank you. That's a big statement with all the cool hot rods to be built on this site, but thank you!
