NorCal - HAMB BBQ *** SUNDAY June 26th - Fremont **

We're looking at Portuguese beans & If I can talk my wife into it, a killer chocolate cake!! I'll bring an easy up or 2, some chairs. There will be 2 of us.
Should we bring an ice chest? Water?

One of them should bring someof that Deisel red wine....

 

You would be way to lop sided after a couple of short cups to even make it out of the parking lot. Let alone make it home if you are driving. lol

 

GoozGaz, So are we gonna set this up as a community picnic where we just set up a central area for Barbeque and every one just brings stuff? Or is it gonna be Ala Cart where people set up on there own?

Also I would like some feed back on this for all that are attending. On how they would like it to be.

I will be there early enough to save a bunch of spaces if it's going to be a group thing.

Let's here it as we are on the count down till Sunday.

 

I am also bringing Silva Linguica,Hot links and some Pineapple sausage. So update the list.
We will need some plates, utensils,napkins, Barbecue tools and what ever condiments that some can think of.

I know it's a pot luck now after reading it over now.

 

Were we able to get a Hamb Banner? Can we even purchase one for this event ? To use for future events here in Norcal.

 

I have grill utensils I can bring. I have some good cups too, I'll see what else I can come up with.

I drink water and wine, I'll bring some of that too.

 

I just got an EZ UP so I can sand in the shade, so I'll bring that. I'll bring some water and adult beverages as well.

 

Didn't get a banner made :-(

So once you get through the gate after paying, hang a left at the T. Once you drive around the edge of the water for a second you should see benches and bbq's. This is the area we'll be at. Best spot for the bbq's to be relatively close to the parking. Every time I've been there, the place has never been too crowded, so parking in a group shouldn't be a problem. We'll have to see once we get there, but just hang a left after entering and you'll find us.

Just checked the Garmin.... 2hrs exactly. I am a ready Teddy. Checked the weather, it looks good compared the 100s in the valley this week.

 

What time you gonna be there? I need 5 or so spots.

Hi, kids, I'm a fng, but after reading about this little get-together, I wanna come, I will make a pass thru fart and sminal and get the plastic "silverware",plates and plenty of them 20 oz go-cups and napkins. I also have a couple of extra folding chairs that I can bring.

 

^^^^ we were all FNG's at one time. Come on out and make sure to say hello to the guy with a short that says "?Donde Esta Goozgaz?"

I'm bringing an extra 5 bucks for a Gooz short.

Cars clean, gassed up and ready to roll. I am headed to Carniceria Vallarta in the morning to get the good stuff. Only snag I forsee is getting up when the alarm goes off on Sunday.

This maybe my last event for the summer. I kept my job at the zero hour but am going to the midnight shift on Thursday, Fridays, and Saturdays. Sucks but I still got a job.

And I get to make it to the BBQ. Whoo hoo, let's rock this shit.

Geez..I'll be Lucky just to bring myself there on Sunday! Fighting a bad back,Late Night Gig the Night before in SF opening for Three Bad Jacks, Wifes gotta work Sunday morning so I have to baby sit until she gets home..Might bring a bottle of water and some Gum! lol..

 

Got the 35 at the alignment shop and got Woodys On The Warf in the morning. So I gotta get my shit together today.
