paint ideas for my 53 caddy

heres the car any ideas














right now im thinking late molde cts black cherry with white roof or a dark plum with white roof what do you guys think and if anyone can do a photoshop with the colors for me that would be awesome

 

How about pale pink with a white roof. You know"Pink Cadillac" song.

New Hundai color looks black until the light hits it then it's PURPLE, really nice effect! Pearl white top.

Candy Brandy Wine on the bottom and an Ivory White top would be bad ass too.

Why is it, guys can buy or build a ride, but can't figure out what color to paint it ? Come on. For real ! During the build process, the final outcome is already in my head (color wise)( and all final details).

Do you need someone to pick out the paint for your bathroom ? Or should I get your momma to help you? Buck up, decide for yourself.

 

if u read the top of my page i gave my idea and asked if someone could do a simple rendo for me of those colors and second of all im color blind and was just asking for people opinion on the color choices i had but thanks for voicing yours buddy

go with 2010 BMW ruby black...it is so red it looks black until the sun hits it just right. beautiful color would look right on the caddy

 

how about a burnt metallic orange with a silver metalflake top? your caddy is awesome btw, love the stance, no matter what color you choose it'll be bad ass

 

There are some nice metalic browns out there, that all that caddy chrome and gold emblems would compliment well.........like 2008 chevy impala mocha bronze (brown metalic) or I have also seen a late model nissan or toyota (cant remember which)with a sharp lookin brown.
.............or at least something in the tannish,pewter,brown tones.....somethin to give that caddy some more caddy class to go along with its sinister lookin attitude.
(but something diffrent)

Everything above the belt line in burnt orange metallic and Caddy off-white pearl on the bottom. Goes with white, black, or beige interior. Guaranteed to wow. The car is REALLY BITCHIN'!

 

What a sweet ride, the car has such strong beauty lines. I would think a dove grey bottom with a ivory cream top would be clean. It would depend on what colors the interior will be. I am a champion for solid non-metallic colors for the sake of a clean look and easy to touch up or spot repair. All the flashy stuff isn't always needed when you have such an iconic beauty to start with. yes, I know I am a little conservative in this area. ~sololobo~

 

High gloss black all over, if she is straight as an arrow it will knock um dead!
