    Oops, I lied, found a few more! The '55 shot was taken at White Hall Drag-o-Way, the Falcon is my Dad at Alton or Nashville (ill).

    The Plymouth is also my Dad, this car is supposedly a 'street rod' now in southern Il., brown metallic I'm told(???)

    Bob and Al VanderWoude were very good friends. We went to a lot of the same races and helped each other. If you look closely, you will notice that Al is driving the Pandemonium car on this run at Las Vegas. This was the one and only time that Al drove the car. Bob was having some handling problems and asked Al to give it a try.
     
  4. wow the green weenie's been together a long time i remeber the first time i saw it in the late 80's coming down the return road at edgewater blippin the throttle and lifting the front wheels with every blip awesome little coupe

    The C&O Hydro truck was always my favorite,just bought a A40 pickup from Tom Wilford and am collecting parts to build another gasser. Chris

    To add to this is that this truck served many different owners well. Vern Hicks as a AA/GS and later Paul Welchman's Cap'n Crunch So-Cal Pro/Gas for what 15 years.
