Yes, P-L-E-A-S-E DO NOT repost that willys thread...the car does not belong here...matter of fact, all of you that reposted that pic can go back to YOUR post and delete the picture... IF you insist on commenting to Dianna's Willys post, you can certainly delete the pic and just post her words...we'll know what you're talking about and that way that Willys picture will not appear more than once. Hahaha, I like the vision man!! Thank you so much, the props never get old especially when in a thread full of amazing cars! When people ask for a description...I use Sinister!
Sinister is an excellent way to describe it. I call it "the car I will be modeling my '54 after"! The car is hands dwn one of the best looking '54's out there!
Photos from the restored car. Keith Ashley Photos Swedish Wheels Magazine article And here are two color photos of the original car taken in 1951-52
I seriously dont think it gets any nicer then this.I can just imagine Bugsy Segal stepping out of this car.
Wow man Thank you!! Im so honored to have so many great compliments from all you guys on this thread....truley a great feeling of accomplishment after years of hard work! Thank you all again
I agree with robleticia.I have been eyeing Chevy54s ride long before I got mine.I cant describe what it is I like so much about that car.The only thing I can come up with is when one is right it is RIGHT.
Well said DirtyEd! I can't seem to pin point what it is about that car? But everytime I see his avatar pop up, I'm like DAYUM!
Thanx guys...I dont want to turn this killer thread into build pics but I want to answer your question about why its different. We didnt move, lean or pull anything. I wanted the roof to come straight down 4 inches.......That took doing this!! 7 inch stretch and 1.5 side to side! Big thanx to my 2 metal shaping and welding god buddies !!
