The Faulkner legend continues!! Lol Hes runnin strong this year! Him, is twin bro Andrew and Eddie are good buddies of mine...Super talented. When Dave n Ed work with Ray at Extreme Rod n Custom in Portland they were a force to be recond with!

thanks guys . my shifter i ordered 3 weeks ago just got shipped out today . it should be there friday . should be running this weekend . i hope

 

How did you make out this weekend?

 

well it runs , the frontend is done . rear end is in. ****** is still out of the car . things need to be done are . brake lines,master on off, battery , switches . fuel line from tank to pump . steering ,chute lever . shifter mounted . other odds and ends . O and a trailer to fit it . really wish i was not 3 and a half hours away

 

I hear ya, well at least when you get down there you guys are making alot of progress. Hope to see it up there for the 12th.

I hear you roo . i have been spending my cash on just getting it done . i really want a set of old eelco covers but i think i may have a set of m/t covers and script chevrolet ones . but for now these will have to do

That ***** gonna be making p***es this weekend Donkey? All you New England guys need to come out to winterport this weekend and support this event. It's a ****load of fun, you can get as many p***es as you want. Racing starts at 4pm Friday and 9am Saturday morning. Camping is free and it's only $10 to spectate and $20 to race. There will be a good amount of front engine dragsters and g***ers etc. This track is a rare breed, one of a very few outlaw tracks left. They need our support, so come on out and enjoy the best drag racing in New England.

Thats awesome I heard it was a great time. I was sorry to miss it but my wife kindly reminded me that the 13th is our anniversary and I hadn't taken a Saturday off all summer so drag racing got bumped till next time. Good news is that I got my Roadster straightened out again so at least now I have something to drive. Please post pics!
