Event Coverage Western PA Hot Rod Show - Rally In The Valley

Next Saturday (July 16) is the 4th annual Rally In The Valley at the Bullskin Twp. Fairgrounds. This is a great little Hot Rod show in this part of country put on by the Street Lordz Car Club. Attached is a flier for the show. Come out to see some cool Hot Rods, pinup contest, and some great bands. Always a great time. The Redliners CC will be there in full force along with a few other local clubs.

 

The Drifters will be there.

 

Wouldn't miss it---put off going to Syracuse because same date

Would have been there TravJ Carl and Tom, but already have spaces at Canfield. Will see you guys at ***berland or Twin Hiways though.

Only a few of the REDLINERS will be able to make this one....It's one of our Club's favorites....

 

Johnstown Hot Rods Inc. will be there... well, 2 of us will be! Haven't missed one yet!

BigBob55 is a purveyor of (great deals on) hot rod/culture movies.He hooked me on "***** Slap",a movie about three hot chicks in a jewelry-heist goin' wrong.

Had a great time again on Saturday and don't think the day could of went any better. Had the opportunity to talk and meet some fellow Hambers, my Model A took home a cool homemade trophy, won a grill and a case of beer in the Chinese auction, listened to some good music, the old lady surprised me and entered the pinup contest, and I made it there in back without any problems...Can't wait until next year! I will post pictures when I get some time this week.

 

Brought my 37 Fiat Topo up to PA from GA and made it to the Rally (was up visiting family). Brother had his 64 Nova g***er there as well. Had a great time. Definitely gotta try and make it back up for 2012.

Bit expensive for me though...... think I left about $200 of rubber on the road on the way out.......

Awesome! How far from Johnstown was the show? My in-laws live in J-town and I might be able to go next time.

Johnstown is just right over the mountain about 40-45 min depending how heavy your foot is and what part of town you live in.
